Before joining the firm, Rocco worked as a researcher at the Milan Polytechnic in the field of finite element analysis of mechanical structures, in particular of pump arms and distribution of concrete produced by a leading company in the sector. He is involved mainly in drafting and prosecution of patent and design applications in Italy and abroad; oppositions, opinions on patentability and infringement; prior art searches and monitoring; drafting technical reports in relation to disputes.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Milan Polytechnic, 2002).
