Profile: Before joining Luppi Intellectual Property, Giampaolo worked in the Quality Control department (chemical and microbiological laboratory) of a major food company (1991-2001). Giampaolo mainly deals with the drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications at the national and international level, with providing technical opinions on patentability and patent infringement, with providing technical support in litigation cases.
