Profile: After two years of practice at a law firm specializing in Civil Law, Maria Antonella joined one of the most important Italian IP law firms as a Trademark Attorney in 2003. She mainly deals with strategic protection of trademarks, designs and copyright; trademark and design searches, filing and prosecution in Italy and abroad; contentious proceedings before the Italian PTO and the EUIPO (oppositions, revocations, appeals). She gives clients legal opinions and advice on litigation and license agreements regarding IP rights and is also specialized in domain names dispute resolutions.
Qualification: Attorney at Law; Italian Trademark Attorney; Community Trademark and Design Attorney.
