Before joining the firm, Marinella worked in the R&D office of a company that manufactures equipment and machinery for the ceramics industry (1999-2002). She mainly deals with drafting patent applications; translating and prosecuting patent applications abroad; responding to office actions; opinions on patentability and counterfeiting; prior art searches and monitoring activities; drafting technical reports in relation to patent disputes.
