Pietro deals with the drafting and filing of Italian and foreign patent applications, drafting technical opinions on matters relating to patents and trademarks, and prosecuting patent applications abroad. He also deals with opposition and appeal proceedings with the European Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office and provides technical assistance in lawsuits in the matter of infringement and invalidity of Italian and foreign patents.
